Som bruger af Leerbaek.dk er du omfattet af EU's databeskyttelsesforordning, som har til formål at beskytte dig og data som indsamles om dig.

For at kunne handle på leerbaek.dk skal du som minimum oplyse: navn, adresse, mailadresse, telefon/mobilnummer. 

Hos LEERBAEK indsamler og behandler vi dine persondata, når du foretager dig følgende: 

- Besøger vores hjemmeside 
- Klikker på et eller flere af vores produkter 
- Gennemfører et køb af vores produkter 
- Tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev 
- Sender os spørgsmål eller lignende. 

Behandlingsformål: 

Dine almindelige kontaktoplysninger som navn og adresse indhenter vi for at kunne levere det produkt, som du har købt hos os. Din e-mail adresse og telefonnummer indhenter vi for at kunne sende dig en ordrebekræftelse samt en leveringsbekræftelse. Behandlingshjemlen for denne behandling findes i Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets Forordning (EU) 2016/679 (Herefter GDPR) artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b. 

Når du betaler for dit produkt indsamler vi dit navn, dine kortdata og IP-adresse. De oplysninger, der indsamles i forbindelse med betalingstransaktionen, anvendes og gemmes kun til betalingsafvikling og opfyldelse af den indgåede aftale, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b. 

Hvis du under registreringsprocessen, på vores webshop, Instagram eller Facebook har givet os dit samtykke hertil, bruger vi din e-mail adresse til udsendelse af nyhedsbreve, jf. GDPR atikel 6, stk. 1, litra a. Du kan til enhver tid til- og afmelde dig nyhedsbrevet. Alle nyhedsbreve indeholder også et link til afmelding. Hvis behandling af persondata er baseret på dit samtykke, har du til enhver tid ret til at tilbagekalde samtykket, dette kan enten ske ved at kontakte Leerbaek.dk direkte eller afmelde nyhedsbrevet via linket i emailen. 

Hvis du ikke ønsker at opgive de persondata, som er påkrævet for at gennemføre et køb af et produkt, vil du desværre ikke have mulighed for at købe produkter af os på vores webshop.

Dataen vil blive gemt med oplysninger om, hvilke varer du har købt, i 5 år fra udgangen af regnskabsåret, oplysningerne vedrører, jf. bogføringslovens § 10. Herefter slettes oplysningerne.

Hvis du har bestilt levering, vil oplysningerne om dit navn, adresse, telefonnummer og e-mail adresse blive udleveret til vores fragtfirma, DAO, med henblik på levering af dine indkøb.

Oplysninger videregives eller sælges ikke til tredjepart, medmindre dette sker i forbindelse med en omstrukturering eller et helt eller delvist salg af virksomheden. Eventuel videregivelse i den enkelte situation vil ske i overensstemmelse med den til enhver tid gældende persondatalov.

Som den registrerede har du rettigheder, som vi til enhver tid skal sikre opfyldelse af. Du har ret til at anmode os om at få adgang til dine persondata, få rettet/ændret eller slettet disse.

At LEERBAEK we collect and process your data when you do one of the following:

Purporse of data: 

Your contact informations as name and adress will be collected to be able to deliver the product you have purchased at Leerbaek.dk. Your e-mail adress og phone number are collected to send you an order confirmation and informations about your delivery. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is found in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parlament and of the Council (GDPR) article 6 (1)(b), as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill an agreement between Leerbaek.dk and you as a customer. 

When you pay for your item, we collect your name, your credit card informations and IP-adress. These informations which is collected related to the payment, will be used and saved to be able to complete the transaction and to fulfill the purchase. The legal basis is GDPR article 6 (1)(b).

If you at registration on our website, Instagram or Facebook have given us your consent, we will use your e-mail adress to send you newsletters, the legal basis for processing personal data is based on consent found in GDPR article 6 (1)(a). At any time you will be able to unsubscribe the newsletter. In all newsletters you are able to find a link to unsubscribe. Processing of your data is based on your consent, you can at any time withdraw your consent, this can be done be either contacting Leerbaek.dk directly or by using the unsubscribing link in the newsletter. 

If you do not wish to provide you informations which is needed to make a purchase of a product, then you will not be able to purchase any product on our webshop. 

The data will be stored with information about which items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Public Administration Act. Hereafter the information is deleted.

To be able to deliver your purchased item your name, adress, phone number and e-mail adress will be given to the shipping company, DAO.

Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in the individual situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.

Your rights: 

As registered you have rights that we must ensure at all time. You have the right to ask us to give you access to your person informations and to get these informations corrected/changed or deleted.

The website uses "cookies", which is a text file which will be saved on your computer, cell phone or similar. The purpose of these is to be able to recognize and remember settings, perform statistics and target marketing. Cookies does not contain harmful codes such as virus.
